About us
Meet Libby

Libby Roberts is the Founder and Managing Director of Workplace Rehabilitation Management, a business which helps people return to work following injury or illness. Libby has over 20 years’ experience in personal injury and compensation and is Vice-President of the NSW Board of the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association and is on the Board of the Pain Foundation. Libby has a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and post grad qualifications in Personal Injury Management and Pain Management.

Libby is passionate about helping people to achieve their best life possible and believes that by helping individuals to thrive we can have a positive impact upon families and our community.

The LeapForward program has evolved as a result of it’s CEO Libby Roberts vast experience in injury management and rehabilitation. Her response was to build a hugely innovative tech platform which would combine the best of people and technology to create a best in class Return to Work program.

As a result LeapForward was asked to be part of the prestigious HCF Slingshot program and won a presitgious B2B Rocks for startup innovation.
